Robert Ikenberg is the founder and chief executive officer of Webbfabriken, the web-and-security firm he launched in 2002 to deliver secure, enterprise-grade digital infrastructure and services. He also serves as chairman and majority owner of Webbfabriken Ltd, Ikenberg Webbfabriken Ltd UK Filial and Webbfabriken Web & Security Solutions AB, guiding the company’s strategic direction and governance.

Ikenberg brings more than three decades of experience in technology and cybersecurity, having begun his career at Ericsson in 1994. He later led mission-critical IT infrastructure and security programmes at Svenska Kraftnät, helping safeguard Sweden’s national grid. These early responsibilities forged his commitment to designing high-availability enterprise environments that stay resilient under real-world pressure.

In 2010 he initiated the development of WFSecAPI, an AI-driven security platform that blends machine learning with expert oversight to neutralise threats in real time. Today the platform with it's new name WF SecurityCloud with sentry servers in more than 40 countries and stands at the heart of Webbfabriken’s security practice.

A lifelong learner, Robert stays fluent in Linux, Windows, network architecture and modern web frameworks while steering high-level financial and strategic decisions. Colleagues and clients value his ability to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable solutions that balance performance with security. By fostering a culture of curiosity, reliability and customer trust, he positions Webbfabriken for sustained, responsible growth on the global stage.

Isabella de Moura is Operations Manager at Webbfabriken and has been with the company since 2018.

Equipped with a degree in economics and accounting, she manages the company’s financial routines, personnel records, and long-range planning. During her seven-year tenure she has simplified bookkeeping processes, introduced cost-control dashboards, and supported the firm’s continued growth.

Beyond finance, Isabella works closely with the development team on web projects, applying her web-design background to improve client deliverables and to keep every service aligned with Webbfabriken’s security-first standards.

Collaborative by nature, she mentors cross-functional teams, encourages ongoing process improvements, and serves as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, helping the company scale responsibly.
